What's included in the free trial?
When you sign up, you get 7 days of full Standard access - unlimited patterns, unlimited downloads, and save up to 100 patterns. No credit card required. After 7 days you move to the free plan unless you choose to upgrade.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel from your account at any time. You keep access until the end of your billing period.
What happens to my saved patterns if I cancel?
Your patterns stay in your library. You just won't be able to add new ones beyond the free limit (1) until you resubscribe.
Can I switch between monthly and annual?
Yes, you can switch anytime from your subscription management page. Changes take effect at the next billing cycle.
What does "commercial use" mean?
Standard allows you to sell finished crafts and individual patterns (e.g. on Etsy or at craft fairs). Pro adds publishing rights for books and bulk distribution (e.g. KDP pattern books).
What payment methods do you accept?
We use Stripe for secure payments. Credit/debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and more.
What are SVG downloads?
SVG files are vector graphics you can edit in design software. Great if you want to tweak colours, resize without pixelation, or add to other designs.
Does Xstitchify work on my iPad or Android tablet?
Yes! Xstitchify runs in your browser on any device - iPad, iPhone, Android phones and tablets, laptops, and desktops. The pattern editor supports Apple Pencil on iPad and touch on all devices. No app download needed.
Are the patterns compatible with Pattern Keeper?
Yes. All PDF pattern downloads work with Pattern Keeper and other cross stitch tracking apps. Generate your pattern on Xstitchify, download the PDF, and load it straight into Pattern Keeper to track your stitching progress.
